It’s ok
When the app works, it works great. I do run into a lot of trouble with the app not wanting to open and run into a lot of issues with using Zelle/transfers- it will completely shut down the app and take me back to my Home Screen.

Getting a message about rotating camera but it won’t recognize my camera is correctly oriented
Useless mobile deposit
Locked on rotate phone to deposit. No matter how many times you rotate your phone, the app will not recognize that. Have to drive to the actual bank to deposit even though you already wrote for mobile deposit only.

The most recent release breaks mobile check deposits by not allowing you to take the picture because of the “Rotate Phone” overlay.

Will not show badge icon.
Will not show badge icon no matter what. Why?
Edit: In the last update, badge icon still does not work. All options are selected for it to work but get nothing.
Edit again: need to get support for badge and sound notification for transactions. Same thing with card valet app.

Recently I have been given a error message every time I log in. Therefore, I am unable to see my balance or transfer money.
