I got an email telling me the new app is here. It’s ready and it’s great.
Once again, Southside delivers. Created an account. Created a password. Created a username. Typed in my card. Registered and good to go.
Love to see the professionalism. Thankful to have two individual apps to keep my banking organized.

They disconnected mobimoney months ago to shift to their own app which finally opened today. Same issue as other reviewer. Invalid login. Username not found. Card number not found.
Southside Is Horrible Again
I get 27 emails telling me the new app is coming. It’s almost ready and its going to be great.
Well the day arrived and as usual SS does not deliver. Tried to log in. Error. Forgot password. Error. Forgot user name. Yep. You guessed it. Error. Type in my card number. Yep. Not found.
What a bunch of clowns. How and why do you need two different apps just to bank.
Go back to your roots. You are just not very good.
If it were not such a hassle to switch banks I would have dropped Southside long ago.
