Southside Finance Uploads

Finance Uploads gives authorized Southside Baptist Church staff and ministry users a simple way to capture or select receipt and invoice photos and save them to our secure Rock RMS finance system. A guided review flow uses on-device text recognition to suggest an editable name. For receipts, the app can find the final total and include it in the name so uploads are easier to recognize later. Saved documents are ready to attach when submitting reimbursement and invoice payment requests in Rock RMS. Finance Uploads does not submit those requests itself. Access requires a valid Southside Baptist Church Rock RMS login.
