Fix Zelle feature!!
I have not been able to use Zelle since it became integrated in the app! I used to use the Zelle app but they now want me to go through my bank and it won’t work. I can’t send or receive. It’s been months!
So easy!

Amazing support/service
I am very young, and I’ve been with SWF for a few years now through my old job at kroger. I am not very experienced with other banks other than the services and availability to get support. This union absolutely never fails to impress me; I rarely have to wait long in order to get in touch. Whenever there is a waitlist, they ALWAYS call me back, and more than once if I do miss a call. They are so interpersonal and from my experience, friendly. I love this union and I am not planning switching anytime. They are wonderful and cooperative. 5/5 stars.

I have been with SWF for 26 years. Have purchased all vehicles thru them. Process is very easy and smooth. Have credit card with them and have made getting loans easy. Best banking experience!

I really like this back. All except one major flaw. When this wrong happen to your account they charge you $10 for a new card. That is so very wrong. I can see if you messed up yourself, but not if it wasn’t you. Other than that things are good at this back.

When are you guys going to address the login errors on the app and website?? It’s been going on for a long time now and is so very annoying when you can’t even log in or access your accounts on the first try.
