Nice!
The SW Prime app is very user friendly. I haven’t used it in a couple years but logging in was super simple. When I booked my ride, got picked up and dropped off the app estimated times were accurate to the minute.
I recommend it for anyone that wants the convenience of Uber and the price of public transportation!

Needs improvement
If you want an app that requires you to already know routes and stops than this app will be useful to you. For everyone else it adds almost no value.
