Very Flawed
This app is very frustrating to use. It constantly logs me off from using Face ID, which I do to keep my password saved for easy login, but every time I put my actual password in, it tells me my credentials cannot be validated, which is frustrating when I’m trying to check my balance while I’m out doing something and I’m told that I can’t and i need to contact the bank. Not convenient at all, especially when banks are closed on the weekend 🫠 It makes me want to delete the app altogether and get a new credit union who apps actually work. In 2024 having an app that puts me through so much just to login it’s truly mind-boggling.

Does not work with VPN
Since I got a VPN I cannot use this app. I get an instant block that there is a security issue. I just tried the app again with updates and it still has security issues and I can’t open the app at all. Frustrating.

Until today I loved this app.. if not broken don’t fix it!!
Not family friendly
The credit union just did an app overhaul that directly affects families who want to transfer money to their children’s accounts or children who want to transfer money to their parents (joint billing, purchases, etc). Now you can only access accounts you are joint on. Removing this app feature just set this bank back compared to other credit unions.

Needs updates and improvements
This app is simplistic. I should be able to view account and transaction history for a minimum of 90 days and transfer payments to visa should be in real time. My main credit Union mobile app is 100% better then this app.
Great mobile app with one thing that we need
At one time we were able to write a note when making a transfer but a few years ago that disappeared. We need that capability back. Otherwise I do all my banking on my phone. Thanks.
Doesn’t work now
Worked great for awhile. Now just errors out. Useless app.
Please add additional protection for SMS login
Need additional protection for SMS input. So that when I log into my account, I receive an SMS with a code on my phone. Please add this feature.

Always courteous and patient. Through the years so helpful. Since I Retired and moved between two states membership services has been and continues to be phenomenal!
SO Easy
I just deposited my paychecks from my office! AND it was so easy. The phone app instructions were clear and easy. No more running to an awkward ATM. Kudos Sovita!

Excruciatingly basic and limited
New update; same basic app. Absolutely nothing new. It is a basic app. No future transfers; no dated actions; immediate actions only; no payment amount; no address change. It shows your balances on accounts and lets you transfer immediately. Below average app gets a below average rating.
Error upon opening
I get an error message upon opening but am still able to use the app.

Still trash and for no reason whatsoever they will prevent you from using your card. Happens all the time. Go to pull out money and nothing
