I bought all the factions because I loved it so much. Ever since work I haven’t been able to play tabletop and this game has been my answer! I wish more games were like this and I can’t get enough of it. I wish they had more games modes but I’m not complaining.
It’s pretty decent
The ai seems to skew the numbers in it’s favour, and movement/facings/charges are kinda janky the difficulty in the campaign goes from 0 to 11 real fast however if you stick with the grind and give it time there’s a lot of fun to be had and a lot of lessons to be learned I would recommend it to anyone who is curious about wargaming or wants to get better at rank and flank games.

Amazingly simple, slick warhammer conversion! But offline bugs (don’t buy dlc’s if offline)
It’s free, try it! It’s awesome 😆 but devs please note this issue: I bought the abysall deamons faction pack and it doesn’t seem to function offline… Im only online once a week max so please fix! Love! Update: STILL offline bugs with all extra content and now it also crashes after any completion of the main game- it goes blank background n can only force-quit n then cannot start a new game until iPad is online. So: as long as you are online you are good! If offline, don’t buy any dlc cos it fux it!

No forced ads!! Just pure fun. There are purchases for extra characters but the starting bunch is more than enough. Rest is DLC. You guys did amazing. I need more! This scratches my M&B/TW itch for mobile. I don’t leave reviews very much but I’d like to see continued support!!
Just what I’m looking for
I love total war games and this is exactly like one. My only problem is that that’s arranged units. Can’t fire into ongoing combat like I get that if I just know it would be broken if I jammed someone in combat and they just peppered them, but there should be a system where I can shoot with like crossbows or archers cause they can arc their shots, but not musket men and I feel like there should be a chance to commit friendly fire. Each role has to pass another role and if it fails in friendly fires, and there’s no save.

The game is fun but it’s got a couple issues gameplay wise I would look past that but asking for 5$ per faction while using AI art is silly. Maybe 5$ for a premium version with every faction but that’s still pushing it
Addictive
Addictive game, made for those that love fantasy battles and grow up reading old battle reports with game play emulating the diagrams. A bit similar to the old game shadow of the horned rat.

Look I get the game doesn’t have adds. But 20 dollars? To unlock every faction it’s 20 dollars. That is absolutely criminal. Also the ui needs some work. But it’s still a good game.

Fantastic
I really enjoy this game. More so the PvE and campaign elements. It’s a lot of fun. I prefer playing on PC. The controls are easier and it’s a bit better but that goes for pretty much all games. It’s nice to have a convenient mobile version. I do wish that I could sign in and my progress would sync across both platforms

They say the dice is fair, well I say NAY! They are heavily against the player! Much more often than not, you will miss your attack and even more often lose on your saving rolls. The abilities are entirely without a reasonable definition as to what they do and many of the units and abilities are just absolute trash and designed to make you think “This unit must be good!” Until it crushes those thoughts under the weight of the rigged dice this pile of steaming dookie uses.

Excellent Tabletop Wargame for Mobile
Big WH40K AoS fan, this let’s me get strategic game fix on mobile. Highly recommend, hope the developer continues to expand because I’ll give my money for it. Would love if campaign was longer so I could have the chance to build a bigger army, and adding more unit, spell, or hero unlocks would multiply its longevity. Highly recommend, 10/10

Just like a Tabletop 28mm dice game.
If you ever wanted to play a tabletop game of 28mm soldiers in Rank & Flank turn based game, rolling buckets of D6 dice, THIS is that game. The pricing is also not predatory. The first five armies are unlocked in the free, base game, but you pay individually to unlock the others for $4 each. The only fault I can give it would be the lack of hot-seat play.
