App makes me log in every time
Since the latest update, the app makes me input the URL, my username and password every time I use it. Very inconvenient when you’re trying to long in/out of shifts

The app still does not save passwords for faster log in making it frustrating when time is of the essence. The app freezes when either trying to log in for your shift and also failed to respond when trying to end assignment to have your supervisor sign.
Not liking fact that if you work a night shift you have to go searching for it. I work in an ICU at the end of my shift and I’m tired the last thing I want is to be delayed going home due to app failure and my agency is expecting us to not use paperwork as before. This leaves me no choice but to use paperwork which I’m then accused of not knowing how to use the app when actually I do. I’m well aware that location services needs to be on but this is not the issue. The app just freezes.

Does not remember password option. Have to navigate multiple sign in windows to enter site and data.
