What is this app for
You can’t book any apppointments or check any timetable’s- it just sends you to the url in your browser. What is this app for? The website by better is so unfriendly for mobile users, I thought the app would be the solution. But it is completely pointless
Better is the worst when it comes to user experience c
In true Better (worst) style, selection for bookings is clunky, doesn’t advertise on which days you can book female only spa experience, conflicting info about that on their website vs app, if it’s not available on one date, doesn’t offer the next available etc.
Like any digital interactions with them it’s as if it was designed not to help you make a booking, but waste your time for a bit and then make you give up. I’m sure that’s not their intention, but their obviously not hiring capable people to help them structure their digital content/architecture.

Complete Waste of Time
Seriously the worse app I have ever encountered. I downloaded this as the website says that the app shows availability but it’s just a contact form and don’t do anything of the sort. Better to call them or use the website.
