Some annoying issues.
The app mostly works well but I have found that the mobile check deposit is very touchy with signatures. I hope this gets fixed soon
Never Had Issues
I’ve never had any issues and as a bank they do a good job with security and customer service.
Terrible...For years!
It appears mobile check deposits have left the Space Age far behind. Worse than a mere waste of time, this app has repeatedly fumbled my deposits, ruining my checks for deposits in other organizations and forcing me to rely on technology developed in the 1700-1800s: the USPS.
Since this has been occurring for as long as SAFCU has offered mobile deposits, it appears no effort has been made to improve the situation.

Login issues
Constantly having to reset my password for this app. Even if put in right it in correctly it never works. Definitely won’t be using this company again.
