SURELY this app does not need the location service ALWAYS enabled. It almost defeats the purpose
No Explanation
I couldn’t find instructions for how to use the app. There is an 8 day program, but I’ve done digital detoxes and didn’t really want to go through that, just wanted to know how the app worked. The real kicker was when any menu item (such as “help”) that opened to an external link would take me to a scam web page saying I won a Visa or my phone was hacked. Deleted the app.

I’m fairly certain that this app is no longer supported. The last app update was 5 years ago, so no bug fixes have occurred since then. The app stops tracking my usage within a minute of navigating away. Then it proceeds to send me a nonstop stream of notifications to get me to reopen the app, completely defeating the purpose. Don’t waste your time downloading this.

Can’t Log In
I have tried every way insert the sun to register and log in, reset passwords, etc. and it still won’t let me make an account
Randomly stops working
The app will randomly stop tracking and giving reminders. I gave it location permissions all the time and it still does it. Also why does it need location permissions? Pretty invasive for no reason I can figure out. Only sort of helps me not be on my phone too long. Not very effective when I have to keep going back to it to make it stay working. Was hoping it was more like Opal but I might just stick with the free version of that app.

Will I be able to pick up calls and check whatsapp?
Will i be able to pick up calls and see my WhatsApp? Because these are very important for me as i receive my notes and school notifications WhatsApp

Space effectively tracks screen time, aiding in reducing phone addiction. The interface is intuitive and insightful. However, it lacks a quick-access widget, especially for the Lock Screen. This addition could make it a 5-star app and I would pay for this feature. Solid 4 stars for now.
Locks up when I tap to add a friend
The app asked me to pay for premium in order to add a friend (I want to add my daughter). I paid for premium and now every time I go to add a friend I get the spinning wheel of death and have to restart the ap. It’s ok. All it really does it pester you if you’re in an ap too long or on the phone to long.

Really liked the app, would even have thought of purchasing it but it only runs when the app is open in background

the app does not work properly i can not even pick my age from the list and the side menu does not swipe back to show the main page
Lots of bugs and no support
I’ve had this app about a week and have paid to be a pro user to access extra features. Have been trying and failing to connect with my daughter via the app so that we can help each other with our quest to use our phones less. Can’t find any way to contact the developer for support. As a result of all of this have been using my phone even more! Thoroughly disappointing.

This app is super helpful. It tracks my time, and sets “allowances” on time based on recommendations that are spot-on for me. Its gives me reminders while I’m on my phone to get me going. My only wish is that there were a widget that showed me how much time I spent that day on my home screen. Great app!!!

Feels dodgy
App won’t work without enabling location services. Why does it need this? Feck off with that. Don’t trust it not to gather and share personal data that is irrelevant to the actual app purpose.

This app provides decent data at the expense of your privacy. The app doesn’t function unless it consistently tracks your location at all times.
