The icons are so tiny I can’t see what they are. So, I’m not sure if it’s rain or clouds, sun or lightening, etc. all I can read are the numbers for the temp. This app is only good for the reports he puts out, otherwise it’s useless!
I tried to turn off push notifications for the early morning blog posts, but it turns itself back on so I tried to turn off all push notifications and still got push notifications today
The setting for turning off notifications for blog posts does not remain how it is set, and turning off all notifications entirely will appear as the option has been applied, but the app still sends notifications.
The content is great, if the app loads properly and lets you read it. Which is a big IF. Constantly crashes, or won’t load updated posts. I often get notifications that a new post is out only to try and open the app which can’t load it.
The app provides layman-friendly language, minimal advertising and clever writing. The information is very much at-a-glance for those who seek brevity.
Using the app to advertise products and sending it as whether related notifications, very cheesy
Love the app, but would really love it if there was a way to add a SCW widget option so I can quickly see the weather without having to open the app.
My one reliable source!
They’ve been historically very good to follow. Lately, when we need private information the most, the service has fallen off badly.
Every time I open the app it crashes. In order to use it I have to uninstall then reinstall every time otherwise it keeps crashing. :/
Crashes every time I try to open it.
Crashes on startup, running on iPhone SE
I love the space city weather team, but the app does need an update as it keeps crashing.
the SCW team has always been great, but the app just does not work. whether loading it from a notification, or directly, the app gets to the main screen , waits a moment or two, then crashes. been like this for quite a while now
bro is literally him he is giving it all he got💀
Eric, Matt, and Team give the accurate - zero dram and hype - weather news! Alway tells it like it is. My go-to Weather App.
Never work
Literally the best source of weather info out there for Houston
In late 2023, the app was full of glitches and the expert advice was not downloading properly. Fast forward to now, and the glitches have been fixed! The weather info has always been amazing and now the app reaches its full potential. For the most accurate professional weather forecasting in SE Texas that informs you about possibilities and things without all the fear mongering and hype, this is your app!

2024 has not been good to these guys. They called late Feb as the last chance for 40’s - which proved wrong half a dozen times afterwards. Then they said the MS 150 weather would be mild and not windy. Then I have to sift thru their banter and opining on how terrible Houston weather is to get to an actual forecast. Guys, you are not Jimmy Fallon or James Colbert. Stick to just the weather and I’ll pay attention again.
