About

Turn-based tactics on a grid, built for the phone. Take the colony hubs that pay for your next units, and hold the line until the enemy has nowhere left to stand. Every tile matters. A squad in the trees is harder to hit. A walker climbs a ridge a tank has to drive around. The map is the plan. CAMPAIGN - eight missions across five worlds, each with its own ground. UNITS - fourteen, from capturing marines to railgun crawlers and interceptors. COMMANDERS - twelve, each with a passive and an ability you charge mid-battle. WEATHER - solar storms, cold, low gravity, meteor showers, announced in advance. SKIRMISH - your own battle: map, factions, commanders, conditions. Fog of war, saved games, one thumb in landscape. No accounts, no ads, no timers.

What's New in Space Command

A livelier battlefield: • Every world has its own wildlife: herds that graze, look up and bolt when your units come close, and birds that fly their own way, land, peck and take off again. • Each world grows its own woods. They sway in the wind and shake when a shot lands nearby, and units and animals stand among the trees, half hidden behind the ones in front. • The island is now a thick block of earth and rock with an underside hanging in stone spikes. Waterfalls and lava pour off its edge into space, rocks and clouds drift around it, and see-through clouds drift over the map. Gameplay: • A smarter enemy: it defends its buildings against your capturers, focuses its fire, keeps its factories busy and remembers units that slipped into the fog. Hard now wins through better decisions, not just a bigger budget. • Combat has a little luck: every shot rolls a small bonus, and the attack preview shows the range from the worst to the best roll. • Moving and cancelling no longer reveals the map. The fog lifts once a move is committed, and walking into an ambush ends the move on the spot.
