Why, just why

This game had so much potential but I didn’t even get to freaking playing it as I didn’t load. I’m so disappointed cause this had so much potential but you lost all of it.

So I want to just play the game and then I get stuck at a 0 percent loading screen for 10 mins, so I redownload the game check wifi restart my device and nothing.
