It’s great. It’s easy to play over long periods of time. I love the fact that even if you close the app completely, it’s still will resume your game in progress when reopened.

Great nostalgic arcade game The 1st game I bought on an iPhone (many years ago!) and still entertaining
Too easy on iPhone, but a fun challenge on Apple Watch
On iPhone it’s too easy and goes on too long, but on Apple Watch using the Digital Crown as a rotary controller this game is a blast! Challenging but not crazy hard and runs just the right length of time. Fun mashup of breakout and Space Invaders. I wish it kept a high score list and not just the highest score. Would be nice too if it had daily/weekly/all-time online high score lists too, with iPhone and Watch lists separate. But this is fun on Watch. Might even be my favorite Watch game.

iPhone X issue
Have played this game for years. Still love it. However with the iPhone X if you pause the game then come back to the game the game plays 2x faster. Very hard to play.

Was a favorite game for a long time, but sadly, unplayable on iPhone X. Hope for an update, but until then only worth one star or less.

Nice retro watch game
Still loving this app. Fun to play on the watch while waiting in line or out and about. Quick hit gaming with fun retro feel. They keep on updating app too to make sure it works on OS updates. Thanks!
Great retro game for the watch. It's like space invaders & block out combined! Works really well on the Apple watch. Uses new API's from watchOS 3. Nice scrolling with the crown and even uses the watch speaker for the great retro sounds. Love it! Next gen of watch games is here!

I absolutely love this game. It is one of my favorite. I recommend this app.
Excellent-- an iOS Classic!
I bought this game when the first version came out on iOS 2. It's been nearly 10 years and I still play it! I am so glad the developer keeps it updated. My favorite thing about it is the Commodore 64 SID sound effects and the speech synthesis-- this game would not look out of place in an early 80s arcade. The watchOS version plays very well on top of that! The Digital Crown makes moving the paddle a dream. Would definitely recommend this app to any retro game fan.

Needs iPhone 5 update
This is a GREAT game. Derivative, yet creative. A perfect mashup between Space Invaders and Breakout. However it REALLY needs to be updated to use iPhone 5's wide screen.
Best Retro Mash Up Game I Ever Played
Space Out is the greatest fusion retro inspired game I ever played. It's like ATARIs 1976 game: Breakout & TAITO CORPs 1978 game: Space Invaders, all rolled into one.
