Should get 5 stars

I really like this game. I’ve been playing for quite awhile. I’ve noticed that the several times I’ve sent them an email, I get no response. I found out this morning why that is, their website is blank - available for use. I went back to my trash and found my emails returned.

How can I communicate with a company that does not exist? Too bad, I was hoping for a second version.

Freakin’ love this game💕

Been playing for about a month and am still finding stuff to love about this game. I finally gave in and bought the lifetime card. $30. It’s worth it. No more ads for a lifetime AND 100 gems a day. The ads weren’t horrible.( except for the monotonous Royal Match 😫) Your CHOICE to watch them to double up on your skill, purchase energy, revive, etc. With the lifetime card- no ads to suffer through to do these things! I’m from the old school where you had to pay for games the old fashioned way at a brick and mortar. I don’t mind paying for a game I enjoy ONCE instead of a game nickel and diming me. Love the PVP. Challenges. Unending game. Configure your ship. Merging is FREE. Not so in other games like this. If you’re like me and picking up the phone to play whenever you get a break or for those times you are waiting anywhere, you’re gonna like this game, too.

Fake Economy

I give this game 5 stars for being the best at faking it. This game is ultimately a cash grab with an economy that is designed around buying gems and giving the player a plethora of worthless Stars. The star currency is mostly worthless. The iOS store is notorious for these type of Ad based games, but this one is very sneaky in how it conceals its true design. It’s always nice to see developers working hard on mobile games in an effort to find ways to take more and give less to the consumers. This game is great at pretending to allow progression, but ultimately the goal is to take advantage of people who will buy gems and watch Ads. Hopefully one day developers like this will find themselves working hard to build great games for everyone, instead of making games to pay share holders are advertising companies. I still play this game out of spite and will never buy a bundle or watch an Ad.

Literally Abandoned

Devs just adding new aircraft with skin in battle pass every 2 months. That's all. No bug fix, never remove hackers on the leaderboard, never ban cheaters on PVP, don't add new stages and features. Their official Facebook page doesn't have any new post for 8 months.

Look at Wing Fighter and learn something. It's same genre and charge $30 for permanent ad remover just like Space Phoenix, but it has much more features (5 daily missions, gem system, air crafts are upgradable with shards drop from the stage, much more stages with a ton of bosses, and always have different time-limited events).

There is no motivation to play it as right now. But I believe it still has a good potential to be great again. Put some efforts into this game.

No sound

I’ve tried everything. Even had an IT guy look at. Also had a gamer geek look at it. Still nothing. Same with all my devices. Two iPads and an iPhone. Love the game. Play it every chance I get. Would really like to have sound though.

Can’t handle ads properly

Not bad but will hang on ads and you have to close the app to clear the issue. When you reopen it is a crap shoot if it will continue after the close / reopen. Just happened three times in a row. Two times I was to get double update but didn’t at restart. One I was to get new life but I didn’t at restart. Another one where I didn’t get my new life.

Sincerely

I think it’s too early to really vote, but after the first experience I’d give it a 4. Moves like a couple other games I have like this that are my favorites too! Graphics is nice.. I only saw one stage so far so I’m looking forward to see another level!

Fun game if it worked

The ads either lock up the game or aren’t able to be closed, forcing a hard reset. The game offers you to resume gameplay but that doesn’t work half the time either. To add to my review: the resume progress feature does not work for any of the events. It seems to work for campaign mode only

Underpowered weapons & levels take 3 hrs to complete

At the outset this game is pretty good. Lots of upgrades to be had & weapon power is a good match for the HP of the enemies. However by the time you get to stage 8 you’ve got 200,000 stars but no “equipment parts”…so no more upgrades. This only comes with more and more stage completions, but the problem is despite your “as upgraded as possible ship,” you get killed with 1 hit, and the weapons you have are supremely outmatched by the HP of the enemy. Since one of the larger enemies can take 20+ hits to completely destroy it, it makes the 50 waves take oh maybe 3+ hours to complete…and hope you don’t get hit once! At that point the game becomes incredibly boring and annoying. Only way to get more parts upgrades is to spend actual money. This is ridiculous. So yeah, be warned.

Can’t get into the game

I really like the game, but it constantly kicks you out before you get in to play. Purchased a subscription for $9.99 for what? So I canceled the subscription again! Get it together guys! And yes, I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the game, but still no go. I’m pretty well done with this now. Will be requesting a refund from Apple.

Great Game -minor complaint

This is a really fun and addicting game. It’s easy to follow and upgrade. I like that it doesn’t cost anything to merge equipment. That’s where most games would take you. So with that said I don’t mind spending money occasionally on a game like this. You are well rewarded and challenged.

The small complaint. While the graphics are impressive and functionality is great, there is A LOT going on at once. There are thousands of stars flying at you, upgrade materials and various groups of enemy fire. All of that with your own barrage of artillery coming from 4 different weapons with double fire. At some points it’s nearly impossible to see enemy fire. There is not enough contrast and hard to differentiate between enemy fire, your fire, rewards and materials. Even on the easy levels it’s like a ghost just killed you and the game is over.

Good game

Fun game for this genre. I really like the fact that if you have to stop in the middle of this game, even closing the app, the option to continue where you left off is there so you don’t lose your place.

Love this game but have questions

The only thing I need answers for is. does the fire rate and/or attack up count for all weapons or just maingun? What does crit power up do?is it side-wing,Missiles,main gun or all?and what does aspd stat mean on the ship category nothing is explained and their no definition in the setting menu

Garbage

This game has been crashing on my iPhone 12 plus for about 3 weeks now written numerous e-mail and always asking for the same thing send me screenshots send your UID number send me video un-install re-install I d id all of that waste money on the game pass because I can’t access it because the game keeps crashing I told there was a fix coming that was

Fun game, but needs more updates

This is a great-looking, fun game to play. I do have some suggestions for the developers though to make it even better:

- Fix the “connection timeout” issue. It’s frustrating to not be able to access the game when you want to play
- Fix the random “ad not available” issue that’s pretty much plagued the game since day 1. This prevents you from getting extra upgrades, and sometimes even continuing a level after you get hit
- Add more levels. It’s fun to replay the current levels at higher difficulty, but there hasn’t been a new one in a while. Level 11 is also way too hard compared to the others
- Define what the ship specs and upgrades mean. Images are great, but I don’t know what ATK, ASPD and HP are. Makes it hard to figure out which ship I want to use
- Add a way to pay gems or coins to continue after you use the ad-supported respawn. Sometimes you just need one more life, and it can be frustrating to have to replay the entire level because of it

Great graphics well-balanced but annoying bugs

Space Phoenix is a fun scrolling shooter. The graphics are amazing, especially the missile explosions. Gameplay is extremely well balanced and engaging. I am happy to spend money to buy power but bugs get in the way. Numerous times viewing an ad for a power up fails to yield the power up. So you end up watching a lot of ads for nothing. Otherwise, definitely worth the download! One of the great games on the App Store. This one is up there Sky force reloaded, plants versus zombies, and KingdomRush.

Has become crash happy

Well it started out good enough and I was enjoying playing but as of the last update the app continually crashes three seconds after opening on my iPad. Have uninstalled several times and made sure I have the latest update but to no avail. Completely unable to use.

Great game but…

Game is overall great however since Friday July 23rd to now my lives have not reset. And the daily tasks and videos to watch 5 times for the box have not reset. My game is up to date so not sure what is going on. Please fix this issue.

Random weapon upgrade not serving well

Weapon upgrade is too random that does not help at the beginning of the stage. At that stage its important to get main gun enhancement, missile upgrade or speed up or attack up in order to survive the wave. Without those, it feels like it takes 5 mins for the bullet or missles to get to the target while they swam like bees. I like the game and like to play but consider to quit because it does not make sense to fight a space war with WW2 technology. Also, app advertising is too long, 30 seconds ads feel like eternity and very interrupting

cool game.

it's a cool game to pass the time away. very well put together. I haven't been swarmed with ads after every level. I can choose tow at J ads to upgrade weapons or something else by double, but they're not forced down your throat.
