Just what you need

Quietly helps you get the job done. Would like option to randomly sort cards, also to add imported cards (anki or CSV file) to a current deck

Best Flashcards/Anki/Spaced repetition app

No massive paywall like every other space repetition app. The AI feature is legitimately very helpful and importing .apkg feature actually works unlike alternatives. I did well on exam because of this app. Thank you <3

FAQ

What is Space: Spaced Repetition?

Space is a flashcard application designed to make remembering information effortless through a spaced repetition algorithm. It helps users study less and retain more by showing cards at optimal times before they are forgotten. The app also features AI-powered card creation, offline access, and community-shared decks.

How does the spaced repetition algorithm work?

The spaced repetition algorithm learns your individual memory patterns. It intelligently schedules when to show you flashcards, presenting them again just before you are likely to forget them. This method optimizes study time and enhances long-term retention of information.

What are the free features of Space?

The free version of Space offers unlimited flashcards and decks, the core spaced repetition algorithm, full offline support, and cross-device syncing. You also get progress tracking, rich card formatting options, text-to-speech, dark mode, import capabilities from Anki and other formats, access to community decks, and collaboration features. It includes 7 free AI generations per month.

What is Space Pro and how much does it cost?

Space Pro unlocks unlimited AI features, including generating flashcards from any URL, PDF, or EPUB, and the 'Space Explain' feature for AI explanations while learning. It also provides unlimited photo-to-flashcard conversion and priority support. Specific pricing details for Space Pro are available within the app.

Can I import my existing flashcards from other apps?

Yes, Space allows you to import your flashcards from Anki, preserving your learning progress. It also supports importing from CSV, Excel, and Google Sheets files, making it easy to switch to Space from other study tools.
