Cant even approve hostel absence on the app

This app promises the world but actually seems to do very little. As a parent, I don't even get an option on the app to approve the leave of my ward from the hostel.

Useless App

Poor performance on iPhone. The app doesn't work properly. Many times doesn't work even with a good network.

Barely functional

I can only marvel at the incompetence of whoever made this. It signs out by itself for no reason at random times. The profile menu is buggy and unresponsive. Several times, the app freezes if you open it from the multi tasking pane, forcing you to force close and launch it again. This usually results in another unnecessary login.
Don’t even get me started on how slow it is to start up.

Difficulty to install SpaceBasic

I had downloaded the apps in my iPhone recently. However I am not able to login as the msg reads email or mobile not registered.
Kindly help as I need to use the Space Basic apps to communicate with the warden at my daughter’s hostel.
