Not working properly at this time
This app is very valuable, but there's no way to contact the Makers and let them know what's going on. Presently even after having this app for years, I am unable to open the app and get the information I need for my very large Facebook page. You guys need to contact me as soon as possible or just fix the problem.

PS It would be a very good change if you were to make a way for your paying clients to contact you through your app directly ( instead of having to write a comment on some other platform like X) after all, those of us who have your app are the ones who are paying. I don't want to try to enter my questions in a "forum". It's too difficult to contact you, and I was unable to post anything from your SpaceWeatherLive app for days and no way to contact you directly. I would also love it if you would make real time live updates for solar, flares, etc., like you used to.

Keep in mind we do this in our free time outside our main jobs and family. Thus our time is limited and we do our very best to bring updates and news updates. Our App Store page has our contact details (e-mail, website with contact form, community forum, socials, phone number, …)
Warum trotz Abo mit Werbung?
Selbst der App ist sehr gut, informativ und gut gemacht! Was mich richtig stört Ich habe Jahresabo, trotzdem mit Werbung! Total ärgerlich!

Paid to remove ads
Paid to remove those annoying difficult to skip pushy ads but still seeing them. Restore Purchase option also doesn’t fix the issue. Please fix.

Please get in touch with us as we can’t replicate your issue on all of our test devices. Do you still see the option to remove ads in the menu? Also, send screenshot of confirmation of subscription and if it’s currently active.
Great app
Love this app, use it all the time. Love the alerts. Thanks to the developers who quickly rectified an issue once it was identified, so the app works perfectly again.

Having trouble
I get the first page, but when I try to go to another page, it tells me server not available 😡
