In expert mode it’s like you’re playing against three people because your partner is absolute trash. Plus you NEVER get a decent hand.
Negative portrayals
I wonder why the Spades games use thumbnails of Black people to promote their products. Most show images of Black people in gangster clothing, talking trash, or with exaggerated features. I enjoy playing Spades, but I am very disappointed in how the characters are portrayed.
Great game!
This is a great game, but the ads are atrocious! A longgggg ad after every round and they’re longer than most ads I’ve come across. I gave 2 stars because of the ads, it’s sickening! I deleted the game after 2 hours of intermittent play. Watched more ads than I played.
Scoring is messed up !
I play this game a lot but recently me & my partner have gotten our bid & instead of adding to our score it’s subtracting like we didn’t. This has happened multiple times & I reported this before. It’s usually when one of us goes nil & we should have had a high score for that hand since the player that went nil didn’t get any tricks & partner made their bid. We’ve been cheated out of at least 250 points in just the game we’re playing right now as it’s happened twice in just this game. If this continues I will no longer play. Please look into this and fix it. Also, it would be good if there was a way to contact your partner after the game is finished & it would be nice if we could pick or change partners on our own.

Big problem right now
Right now there is a problem w the app. Cannot get hints and the graphics block the top of cards so it’s hard to know what to bid. Please fix so I can continue to play the game.
Too many ads
I like the game play but having 30 sec plus ads after every hand is ridiculous! Takes forever to play one game.

Unfair
When I bid “0” with my partner it penalizes my partner and me, BUT when the opposing team bids “0”, they are NEVER penalized.
Ads are annoying
This app has pop up ads that are unable to get out of. Banner ads keep people coming but blocking adds makes people remove it. Remember there are many other Apps of spades that I will try. UNINSTALLED!
Dumb players
Opponents dont know how to play. They bid wrong, they cut their own teammate etc…
Lied
It's a fun game, however when a game advertises as no ads and is full of ads especially after every hand, the number of stars on a review goes way down.
Fix the ads
Ads are too long and repetitive. If you don’t want to download an app, having to watch it over & over definitely makes you NOT want to get it. Also, Temu ad will not let you get out of the ad & back to playing the game. Please fix the ads. I’d give you 5 stars otherwise. If I quit playing (which I’m considering) it will be because of the ad situation.

Love the THUMBNAIL!
I saw a review complaining about the people on the thumbnail. I know I can’t reply to it, but I would just say it here. Most spaces on this app don’t include Black people at all in the game or on the thumbnail. I always use a black cat or dog to represent since there’s no representation for a Black people. We don’t complain because we’re used to it. You would think others would be happy to see inclusivity. Seeing the thumbnail made me download the game immediately. I really appreciate you for representing Black people and people color. I haven’t played the game much yet, but I will update you on that later.

Frustrated
Funny game. First few rounds were decent, then the opponents always seem to have all the high spades. My supposed partner acts and bids like an OP. Crazy work. You can’t honestly bid your hand since your partner is playing against you. The only time you get a decent hand is when one opponent has bid nil

This version is now a tutorial with annoying suggestions, hints, instruction where it is not wanted.
