Very helpful

It's a good app. I love the flash card function with saved words. Much better than remembering random words. It will be awesome if you could please add syncing feature between iOS devices.

No price listed for app…..

…but this morning, I find a charge on my card. Dishonest…do not load app. $9.99 is a hefty charge..There was no subscription!!!!!! Nowhere was a charge even suggested!!! Supposed to be free! I did not order ANY in-app items , but was still charged $9.99!

Spanish Dictionary

I have found the Vidalingua Spanish dictionary invaluable over the years. It’s a great supplement to Duolingo and so well used when I am in Spain. It has an amazing store of words, I can could on one hand times when I have never been able to find a word either in Spanish or English. And I love when it tells when the word I am looking up is Latin American.
It’s also really quick to use when you don’t have to select which language the word is in. It just knows.

Disappointed

I can't even study saved vocabulary by using the flash cards. All of the flash cards are just random and there's no option to study what you want to focus on and for $9.99 I would expect that to be an option. Especially when there are other apps for a lower price that can do way more than this application. Pretty disappointed with the app at first, then they decided to remove features you previously paid for and expect you to pay again. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

The best place to see the full list of favorite phrases is by tapping on the heart icon, top-right of the Dictionary screen. Needs to hide conjugations

Two big problems in using:

It includes every conjugation in the word list, so it’s impossible to find the noun that you almost recall (except for the ending), but it’s lost among four dozen of the same verb.

There’s not an easy way to clear the dictionary search field, so you have to do a cumbersome process of going back to the search screen, and then click on a tiny X hidden next to a much bigger icon button

Wonderful Tool

When I travel in Spanish speaking countries or read websites in Spanish, this app is my constant companion. It rarely lacks a word I need. I like the popular phrases section, which is well-organized. Everything I need and no distracting trivialities or fluff. Recommend highly!

Great resource for Spanish learners at all levels

This is a great app which I’ve had for a number of years as I’ve been learning Spanish. It has been a very easy to use dictionary from the the beginning of my language learning until now as a more advanced student. It’s particularly good as a reference for verbs and way more helpful than a standard dictionary. You can look up different conjugations of verbs as they appear in text, and find out the infinitive (or base verb) then find out all of the conjugations of that verb by pressing a button. The support from Vida Lingua, the app developers is excellent. I was having difficulties with intrusive ads and they responded promptly to assist me to resolve the issue. Highly recommended
