Good features—poor conjugation.
The dictionary is easy to use and fairly thorough. However the verb conjugation section is flawed. The Spanish conjugation is paired with French pronouns. Not helpful if you are trying to learn the Spanish pronouns.

Its a waste of monet. Pérdida de dinero. Definiciones incompletas y básicas. Sin sinónimos. Muy malo. Desconozco porque Larousse apoya esta appli tan mediocre. No tires 5 euros a la basura. Noviembre 2019.
Pretty awful
I’m surprised by the poor quality of this product because Larousse is a reputable publisher of dictionaries, at least in French. This is not a free product and yet I can’t find some pretty basic words such as baker, plumber and glue. Looking for something better.
Improvements needed
The names of the tenses are in French?! This is a Spanish-English dictionary! Also the app support link is broken. Also, the vocabulary could be much larger, not just the basic words. And I’m hispanic. Thanks.

This version of the poorly designed iPhone app is so much better, and best of all doesn’t crash upon looking up certain entries (it shows a blank entry instead). Perfect for all Spanish speakers of all levels! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to learn the language! 😀😀😀
OK, but much room for improvement
It’s not as good as the English-French Larousse dictionary. Much fewer examples and demonstrations of idiomatic phrases for each word etc. Also there are some major presentation issues, the most baffling being the use of the French subject pronouns in the verb conjugation section. I emailed them about it ages ago, but haven’t heard back and it’s not yet been fixed. Probably still reasonable value for £3.99 though.

Bad Update
This dictionary already had a few issues. Clicking on some words would close the app. However since the update, it is even worse. The conjugation actually has French pronouns and not Spanish ones! Unforgivable really for an app from a company which is supposed to have a good reputation.
Best Spanish Dictionary App
This is an updated version of the one I’d originally purchased; formatted just like the English to French and German counterparts. Some months ago that one was updated (or rather DOWNGRADED) to a poorly conceived scheme not nearly as functional and intuitive. Relieved to have the original format reinstated.

Atrocious update of what was once the BEST SP-EN dictionary
This application used to be the BEST offline Spanish-English dictionary on the App Store (just like the equivalent Larousse French-English app). After its long-awaited update, it has lost almost all its best features. Even though the app wasn’t updated for several years, in its old form, it included SO much content: all verb conjugations linked to each verb entry, so many context examples and idiomatic phrases, audio pronunciation, the ability to click any word on the page and be taken to the dictionary entry for that word, a button to change the translation direction right on the search page (so basic!), and it was excellently formatted and designed—even considering its incorrect screen size and resolution because of the lack of update (and a couple of bugs). Almost all content has disappeared after the update!!! Where and why on earth has this all been lost with the update?! Very disappointed. Please, developers, bring back the old bugged version!! Muy delusionada!

Terrible especially compared to Larousse's French dictionary
As many have said, Larousse's French dictionary is spectacular and this one must be the version that was stuck in hospital with no oxygen and now suffers from severe brain damage. Please don't buy it. How could this company make such similar apps with such disparate levels of performance?
This app was good...
I used to love this app, but the new version is awful in comparison! I really appreciated being able to see all the conjugations of a verb. It is something I often forget.

Thanks for taking out the conjugation functionality and making the app far less navigable. This app is garbage. Don’t buy it.
