SpanRota - Shift Calendar

Plan your shifts. Know what you should be paid. Stay in control of every payday. SpanRota is a shift schedule and pay tracker built for people who work rotating shifts, changing schedules, overtime, night shifts, weekends — or more than one job. See your schedule, estimate your earnings, track upcoming paychecks, compare what you expected with what you actually received, and keep everything organized in one place. WORK PROFILES Work more than one job? With SpanRota Pro, create separate Work Profiles for your different jobs and keep each one organized with its own: • Hourly rate • Pay settings • Payroll and payday setup • Work identity, icon, and color Assign shifts to the correct Work Profile and view your work together or separately. When you select All Work, SpanRota can show upcoming paychecks from your different jobs as separate payroll events — without incorrectly merging independent pay cycles. SHIFT PLANNING Build a schedule that matches the way you actually work. • Day and Night shifts • Off days • Paid Leave • Custom repeating shift patterns • Separate Day and Night working hours • Flexible shift editing • Shift notes • Calendar overview • Current and next shift information KNOW YOUR PAY Turn your schedule into useful earnings estimates. • Hourly pay tracking • Night and weekend premiums • Advanced pay rules • Weekly overtime • Paid Leave earnings • Detailed pay breakdowns • Daily and monthly earnings estimates • Support for multiple currencies With Work Profiles, different jobs can use different pay settings. NEXT PAYCHECK FORECAST Know what is coming next. Set your payroll schedule and SpanRota can forecast your next expected paycheck based on your shifts and pay settings. For users with multiple Work Profiles, upcoming paychecks remain separated by job and payroll cycle. PAYCHECK REVIEW Compare expected pay with what you actually received. • Record received payments • Review expected vs received amounts • Track Advance and Final payments • Keep paycheck history • Preserve historical records by Work Profile An entered amount of 0.00 is treated as an actual received value, not as missing data.
