The app keeps closing
There seems to be a bug in the app that forces it to close when ever it is launched. Kindly look into it.

Switched to the iPhone 16 Pro and now whenever I try to login, I’m told “connecting… please check your internet connection”

No New Points For 2 Years
The app is terrible.
For over 2 years, the points have been stuck at the same place. Where’s the loyalty if YOU SPAR cannot be loyal to customers.

The app is not working. It is a crap. Always telling me to check my internet connection when I know I can browse on other apps. It hs been like this for over 3months

Useless update
This is the most useless update of your app, always cannot connect to internet. It’s very laughable that you actually released this update
No reward points addition
I usually purchase from Spar’s HQ at Illupeju and for almost 2 years now (although they pretend to scan my barcode each time) no reward points are usually added. It’s been sitting at 163 points for ALMOST 2 years despite several purchases and scanning. Do better.
Can’t login on iOS
I’m not able to login with mobile number, email or membership number on my iOs devices. I think the Update made to Spar Nigeria Reqard App for iOs doesn’t not allow existing members to login. But when I tried using Android device it works. I think the developer should check with the database interface.

Please I can’t log in with my phone number, email address or membership number. What exactly is the problem
Kinda pointless
Work ok for the point/reward system but It provides minuscule information on products. Just bought a bag of semolina that was infested with insects (i'm talking like mini roaches) and absolutely inedible. I didn't even want a refund, just a different bag of the same product and I thought the app would store the receipt information but no it only has a break down of what was purchased so... my bad I suppose. Just making this review so others are aware it doesn't save your invoice.

Poor UI
The recent update is even worse, no passcode to log in which is fine but there’s always a notification for me and when I open the app there are none. Also the random facts about spar on the home page is unnecessary, no one cares. Waste of space really...

We do apologize for your initial poor experience. Upgrades and improvements have since been made. Registration is super easy! We are also introducing the Buy Now Pay Later feature!
