Stuck at login
I’ve been trying for months to get logged in and it doesn’t work. There are several others in the reviews saying the same thing.
Works for me
Great for reserving lanes and courts but the app buffers when I try to reserve a spot in a group ex class. The barcode also only works when I add it to the wallet, but the fact that I can add my barcode to my home screen and not open the app makes up for it!
Terrible change
I am going to cancel my membership over this app. There are a lot of places in Sacramento to play tennis and this app really complicates the reservation system. Happy to join a country club with tennis rather than be forced to use this app. It keeps logging me out on top of having a U.I. that is not streamlined or intuitive at all.

Horrible App
Can’t even get simple operating hours or holiday hours in the app. You have to go to google instead.
Couldn’t be worse.
Wow-This app couldn’t be worse esp. for iOS. Not a healthy activity signing up for classes.
You Will End Up Calling on the Phone
Since I’m already here in the App Store to delete and redownload might as well add to the reviews. Even when you can log on (I currently can’t) you still need to logon to a second page to reserve group fitness classes. It really is unacceptable for a $100 a month gym to not be able to take responsibility if they are going to have a reservation based system.

Useless
Not sure who designed this app but they should try to use it. It’s absolutely terrible.
Terrible
This app is terrible. Cannot make reservations easily at all and constantly telling me I have invalid credentials after I have reset my password.
Utter Garbage
They change the app every year and it just gets worse. Now it is impossible to login. I’ve been a member for years and have used the previous mobile app(s) for years. Sparetime needs new direction.
Lost important features
I understand SpareTime updated their computer systems which were incompatible with the old app. The old app had a functional graphical interface for reserving tennis courts and swim lanes. This new app loses the graphical interface, forcing the user to set up search filters and navigate multiple screens. Not user friendly.

Bring back the old app!
Very disappointed in the new app. Lots of bugs on my iPhone 12, more keystrokes to get reservations, awkward interface, no visual of swim lane scheduling. Indicates a basic lack of understanding how members use the app. Bring back the old app now!
Stuck at login in page
Well, I’m now at a good 2 weeks trying to log into this joke of an app. I’ve loaded/deleted/reloaded the app multiple times, used various login id’s per the clubs suggestions, reset my password, turned WiFi off while trying to sign in (per the clubs suggestion) tried to re-register my account to no avail. I am eternally stuck on the black login page. Asking the club to reset my account I’m told they can’t do this (wth..) The old app no longer works so I’m stuck having them sign me in and calling prior to arriving to confirm the class I want to attend is still on the schedule. Complete and utter joke. At this point I’m considering just going to another gym for ease of use.

Is there possibly an app worse than this one?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to give less than 1 star. This app is a disaster. How could management even think of launching it with such onerous functionality? To book a court is not even close to being logical, not to mention multiple confusing steps. Please! Do us all a favor and revert back to the old version until you have one that has a beta version tested by a focus group of members and is less complicated than a Rubik’s cube.

Are you kidding?
Most time consuming app I've come across for
doing simple functions! This is supposed to be an improvement??! You have to sign in each time for every class you want to reserve, even though you're signed in already. Did someone think, "How can we make this more complicated and frustrating for the user?" and then "design" this app.

The other app was better
Had to go in to even get it to work. The other one was better!!!
So easy
After spending 3min actually going through the app and learning how to use it before giving a rating, I absolutely love it! All you have to hit is save filters at the bottom of the search menu, I timed it at the club, phone out to reserved court, 11 seconds. Just have to be willing to learn something new 👍🔥
