I dont know other banks in Norway but this is technological nightmare. Just a few things:
Bank has named my first and main account in some random name.
Option to use English language you can choose on website only when you started registration process-WHY? I can understand not offering other languages but why only in middle of process?:D
To start using app was nightmare too.
How to start BankID Im still struggling to find. Not a single section in banking app. Oh and I need to have 3 applications to use bank -One time code, bank app itself and Bankid app. Its horrible that Im forced to fill my phone with garbage if I just wanted to have banking app and bankid.

Poor customer service, bad app. Look literally anywhere else for a bank.
Idiotisk opplegg
Jeg har face ID på. Enda så logget denne appen meg ut av nettbanken. Når jeg prøver å logge inn igjen får jeg bare «feil inntasted data». Hva pokker betyr det??? Hvorfor logger dere ut folk rett før jul? Jeg er i Texas, og hvert år har jeg problemer med enten kodebrikke eller passord. Dette er helt utrolig hvir vanskelig dere gjør ting for internasjonale kunder. Jeg prøvde å ringe kundeservice. Kl er 22.30, ventet lenge i kø før jeg ga opp. Ansikts gjenkjenning burde da være nok for ID. Dere pleide å være foran andre når det gjaldt teknologi, men så stoppet det brått for ti år siden. Og nå går kvaliteten bare ned. Helt utrolig.

Very good app but…
This is a very good and easy to use app, but I have not found a way to logout. If I could logout of this app, I would give this app 5 stars. It seems to logout automatically if I close the app and wait several minutes, but I would rather logout before I close the app.

Appen crasher får ikke åpnet den da den fryser . Prøvd og slette appen og installere på nytt samme skjer . Til dere som leser dette IKKE last ned versjon 8.4.1

The last update didn’t work with fingerprints at all....a nightmare to use.

Widget oppdaterte Saldo da jeg la den til igjen etter og ha tatt den bort . Men da j gjennomførte en overførsel fra kontoen med widget til en annen og swipet, ville den ikke oppdatere mere :( er det noe intervall på hvor lenge i mellom den kan oppdateres ? Om ikke får jeg den stadig ikke til og virke på min iPhone se
