Disgusting app, it's impossible to contact anyone without paying. Housing is one of the most basic human rights, yet people are left in miserable situations because of these greedy developers. Totally unacceptable.

Easy to use
Massively gone down hill
Used to be the go to app, but paywalls and shadow bans have made this virtually unusable, I’ve been searching 4 months and don’t get any reply’s to any adds I’ve message, support staff don’t seem to know basic maths let alone how to organise a refund.

Also landlords don’t take down advertisements when rooms are full, I’m sure that’s in the T&Cs very annoying and unprofessional I think,

WORST EXPERIENCE
i have been trying to make a single post as i’m looking for a roommate for 4 months now. i’ve talked to multiple employees including the owner and have been told i would be approved 5+ times only to be denied every single time and left on read now. i have genuinely never had such a horrible experience, and now i may lose my home because of them.

The landlords exploit their tenants on this app to the maximum and the racism is alive in well in landlords and tenants who you share with disgusting situation disgusting management after disgusting service from spare room.

Ok to use. Not loads of options. Few weirdos. Verifying your identity with your ID costs £4.99 though (not really verification, just in app purchase dressed as verification).
Can’t Register
I tried to register 3 different ways and it said something went wrong. Then it said the support team won’t get back for 1-2 days??
