Complaint against Indian official and master reseller
I have been associated with Spark Live for a long time and have invested significant time, effort, and money into the platform. I currently have two high-level accounts (Level 72 and Level 63), and I also run an agency. Unfortunately, my overall experience has become extremely disappointing.
From my perspective, the platform lacks fairness and transparency. I feel that some officials and management members show favoritism, and personal relationships appear to influence important decisions. In my experience, when users raise genuine concerns or express opinions that are critical of certain individuals, their accounts are at risk of being suspended or banned instead of their concerns being addressed fairly.
As an agency owner, I receive no meaningful support, special privileges, or even the opportunity to express legitimate feedback without fearing penalties. A healthy platform should welcome constructive criticism rather than silence users.
Another serious concern is the attitude of certain Master Resellers. In my experience, some behave as if they have unlimited authority over the platform, creating an environment where users feel intimidated instead of supported. This has discouraged many hosts from remaining active on Spark Live.
The lack of trust has already had a noticeable impact. I previously managed a community called Black Family with around 158 members, but many of them left the platform and moved elsewhere because they felt the environment had become unfair and biased.
In addition, salary payments are often delayed. Instead of receiving payments on time, they sometimes arrive as late as the 18th of the month, creating unnecessary financial uncertainty for agencies and hosts who rely on these earnings.
I have invested heavily in Spark Live because I believed in the platform’s potential. However, being penalized for speaking honestly rather than violating platform rules has left me feeling disappointed and unheard.
I respectfully request that Spark Live conduct an independent review of the actions taken by its officials and management, improve transparency in moderation decisions, ensure equal treatment for all users and agencies, and establish a fair process where users can appeal account actions without fear of retaliation.
I sincerely hope Spark Live values fairness, accountability, and the voices of its community, because these are essential for rebuilding trust and retaining loyal users.

Wrongfully blocked
I created an account where I earned funds. Without notice my account was blocked and I lost access to my earnings. Over the last two months I've sent numerous emails with no response. Don't use this app. Go to BIGO instead.
