Works as advertised- Tesla M3
I’ve only used one time. I did not have time to stop by the carwash, I had a date and did not want to pick her up in a dusty car. I saw the advertising when entering a garage in Chicago The app and service worked well for me. No scratches or anything, the communication with the provider was good. Again, just one time user here.

Less than satisfactory.
I love this service but the App is extremely frustrating. I’ve had to recreate an account twice. My credit card info never saves and there isn’t an Apple Pay option(I understand this process takes time with Apple itself) but it also doesn’t allow auto fill of CC info saved in my phone. My past washes do not show in app. And lastly my most current issue was receiving an email that I cancelled my wash, which I did not. The email came at 9:34pm for a 7:00am wash and on the app it tells me I’m being charged the whole amount ($42, $32 for the wash and $10tip) because it was cancelled within 2 hours of the service.

Cancelled twice
Tried to schedule twice, got cancelled on both times. Cannot recommend.
