Love the clothes app is always not working.
I can’t ever get the app to go to anything besides its home page once I click on it, it goes to a white screen and never loads. I’ve deleted and downloaded again nothing helps. So then I have to go somewhere else and shop cause I can’t pull anything up on this app.

Downloaded the app & it’s just a blank screen! Redownloaded it again and same thing and then it closes.

Zero stars. The worst app, so many problems. I was looking forward to buying clothes from here but the app itself gives me so many problems that I won’t be buying from this store at all.
Keeps crashing and screen turns white
I am new to Sparkle in Pink, so I was excited when my SIL showed me some clothes on her Facebook from your page… so I downloaded the app in App Store and every time I go into a different area for example the Fall outfits, the screen just turns white I can’t do anything. I have tried this for many days, and since it’s not working every time I try, I am just going to delete the app off my phone.

They are basically an expensive version of SHEIN
I’ve been a return customer for a few years now and have decided that this company is basically a more expensive version of SHEIN. The clothing is cheaply made and have in fact found a few of their outfits on SHEIN for half the price. The only reason I return is because their shipping is out of my home state so I will get the clothing within a couple of days rather than a week or two. I also have a hard time with their app. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had it glitch on me and kick me out. It’s got to a point that I rarely shop their app unless I found something super cute that I would like my girls to wear for a certain event.

The app is AWFUL
I shop on the website a lot so I decided to download the app. Anytime I try to go to any “category” nothing loads at all and then it kicks me off the app. 🙄
App Not Working!
Redownloaded the app and as soon as I open it, and click on their 4th of July collection, the screen goes white and then shuts down.
Terrible app
App is almost unusable. Won’t load. Glitches. I’d love to buy clothing from them and a lot of things but it’s almost impossible to even look at the items let alone choose the size and check out bc of the app issues. This definitely needs addressed so that your shoppers can actually buy your products. If not ditch the app altogether and only sell through your webpage or store bc this app could deter many people from even purchasing from you.

This app is trash
This app is awful. In the last two years it’s worked correctly maybe twice. I’ve bought items from this company which i loved but due to the app and CONSTANT password issues im done with it. I’ll be using other apps for my daughter and i. One star because the clothes are cute.

This app use to be amazing. Now everyone you click on a category it takes you to a blank white page and never loads.

This is getting ridiculous! Please fix your app. Anytime I try and load anything I just get a white screen . Nothing will load

I really love ordering from her but my app will not load. Every time I try to click on something it will not load. Can we get this fix so we can order. Thank you! I want to give a rate of 5 stars but with the app acting up and I can even look to see what I want to order I’ll going to give 3 stars.

I’ve ordered from here before online and absolutely love the clothes! This app won’t load when I tap a category. The screen just goes blank. I want to order but don’t always have access to a computer. Please fix the app.

I truly love shopping with SIP but unfortunately for the last few months the app glitches and closes and makes it extremely hard to shop the app I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing helps

I love the clothing and the website runs very smoothly! However the app is very buggy and has crashed, or I would definitely give a five stars.
Won’t load and will not let me log in
It will not let me log in, so I continue as a guest. It will let me add things to my cart, but it will not load the check out page. I love this store! Please fix the app.
