Good but confusing
I like the sparkles and I like that you get to add them where you want, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to erase the ones I don’t.

Don’t bother.
Even before you try, they push a subscription
At first attempt, the effects are weak at best. I guess it makes sense to provide you with a subscription offer as the first thing you see, before you realize that this app is not that impressive.
Also, requests a a rating before you have had a chance to tinker.
