Downloaded the app and loaded money, selected the service and bay and the app kept crashing. I had to then purchase the service using the machine and pay double. No way to get a refund from the app. Extremely disappointed and now out of pocket.

Don’t bother

Sat at Auto bay one for 3 minutes while the app tried to contact bay 1.

Car behind me starts beeping their horn for me to hurry up. After 3 minutes of me sitting there I don’t blame him at all.

Really unimpressed honestly.

Car behind me thought I was an idiot, frankly I feel like one after sitting there for 3 minutes & an extra spending 5 minutes just to set the app up and now wondering if it deducted money twice as I force closed the app and paid by card on the machine

I loaded $50 of credit but when I went to use it the app didn’t connect to the car wash so I had to pay with my card.

Omg worst app.

Worst customer experience. Rule 1 in business - Be easy to do business with. 9pm. Want to wash my car. 5 minutes to Force me to sign up to this useless app that adds no value to me. It then doesn’t connect to the bar. I only want to wash my car. Now I can’t. Hahaha pathetic
