SPARKSHAPE (353a6c)

As we get older, our metabolism naturally slows down. Balancing family responsibilities, caring for loved ones, and managing work stress can make body composition management feel like one of life's toughest challenges. To capture my own journey, I made a habit of taking progress photos. But when these pictures were scattered all over my phone's gallery, it was hard to notice real change. I realized how helpful it would be to have a dedicated tool—one that organizes body logs like a personal diary and allows side-by-side comparisons. And that's how SPARK SHAPE was born. Seeing your progress is the ultimate motivation to keep going. Key Features Body Logging: Take photos regularly to track and record every stage of your body's transformation. Side-by-Side Comparison: Systematically compare photos next to each other so your progress is clear at a glance.
