Great Software. Minor Issues
The Spark system is about as comprehensive as a system can be. It has everything. The app interface is great, but is missing some key features that route you to the website app to complete. Also, the website adaptability to smaller screens like tablets and phones needs work. The far right portion of items like invoices gets cut off and not accessible.

Messages rarely load in a timely manner
I usually have to go to the web browser on my phone and go to the Spark membership website for most things I need to do. Much of the time, messages won’t load in the app or they take forever. There is a lot you can’t do on the app
Worst app
Iv worked in the fitness martial arts for years and no app is worse then this save your business and use a calculator and a piece of paper
It functions, but can be so much more
Desperately needs a widget to easily clock in and out, because the in-app UI is slow to respond.
Needs work
I’ve probably uninstalled and reinstalled this app 5 times by now. It always tells me: something went wrong. I would use it more if it was less glitchy.
Never lets me clock in
The primary use for me as an employee is to be able to clock in without having to go to the gym’s computer. Just like the regular Spark Membership app, it always tells me I’m not in the gym even though I am.
Needs work guys
Needs some work guys. Quite glitchy and doesn’t load information promptly. I can get a push notification of a message and it takes me several attempts to see the messages. Usually have to force close the app a couple times. Recently the app won’t any information at all.

Very helpful for martial arts instructors the only thing that I would ask for, is too be able to check the attendance and who has booked in for classes
