Signed up, paid, and the app doesn’t work. There’s no way to apply for the class actions. Plus there’s no contact information for refunds. I’ll be asking my credit card to help me with a chargeback. Beware!
Not worth the hassle
Signed up for this and submitted a few claims. Nothing. Then one day they found “lost money” for me, but unfortunately, the link just goes to a 404 error page. There’s little information on the app, and the website is not much better. It’s starting to feel like a scam. I will not be renewing.
Money Back Guarantee is Bogus
I signed up for this online, then got the app. The sales pitch is good, but after you submit a few claims, there is no update. No progress reported. Nothing.
Go to cancel and get your money back, and they just say your current subscription runs for a full year, and you will lose access to current claims, if you don’t re-subscribe.
As I write this, almost every comment on Trustpilot says likely a scam, and I believe they’re correct.

Don’t bother
App frequently doesn’t work properly and customer service is non existent. Just avoid this company’s paid service and look for others that provide the same service for free
Useless?
Signed in once then could never sign in again. Password reset reaches a blank page. No customer support information anywhere.
I can’t believe that I got scammed
There is no way to contact these customer service. And I have not heard from any of the agencies I applied to for refunds.
No tracking
Horrible seems to be a scam. Submitted all I could claim but takes me back to submit for the same claims No way to go anywhere on the app.
Claims Failure
I got the app to do claims but once I submit them I no longer have access to track them which it said I do. I paid for the subscription, and it fails to submit claims the app signs me out and when I sign in it makes me do the same claim over again and just repeats itself.
App is a scam DONT FALL FOR IT
This app is an obvious scam and you have to pay for it which they don’t tell you until after the onboarding
