Poor app and a half baked system
Got their cameras, NVR and this app installed. App doesn’t provide any notification whatsoever. Their rep says the app needs an update and the issue will be resolved. Still waiting on the update.
About the system - there are events that are recorded and half the time the when you click on the event, it doesn’t load. Their human and vehicle detection are particularly inaccurate. Talked with their installers liaison and they say for the event detection to fully work, you need a cloud subscription. So now you need cloud recording of your videos to access clips stored on an HD??? These guys have no clue. Again on each call their rep takes up ridiculous amount of your time asking to fiddle with every menu option hoping one of it would fix the issue. Really unsatisfied and would advise against. Will give this a couple more days and look to return this whole system back to them.
