The Best!
The men and woman over at spartan forge aren’t just trying to push you an app and make the most off of your hard earned money. The imagery for public land scouting wether you’re at home or in the field has helped me numerous times. Listening to Bill Thompson on various podcast host shows you the man he is and what he stands for. He’s not pushing mass updates to steal information from you to sell out to the highest bidder, but giving you information he wished he had when he was getting started. Scouting land will never be easy, but with the subscription it has made it a whole lot more fun to dig into different areas and explore.

Top notch
I’ll start with customer service, The owner has personally stepped in to help me and issues, That’s unheard of.
The UAV imaging from military satellite is a total difference maker for me compared to other mapping apps., then to top it off Lidar is off the charts. Hunting super flat land a lot in Michigan and I can find beaver huts or willow tree root balls where bucks will bed on them in the middle of marsh just from lidar scan.
Make the switch you won’t regret it’

Best of the Best
Love the app. Utilizing the LiDAR feature is my favorite, it’s brought the game to a whole other level for me.
Problems logging in
I’ve been using the app for years absolutely love the app and everything about it but recently it’s not been letting me login as i want. it offers me the subscription plans and i chose to get limited access for free and when i go to the next screen and hit continue it reverts me back to the login screen. i want to keep using the app but i need to be able to look and see my pins the first time i login.

No Subscription vs. Subscription
This app is amazing. The non subscription features alone make the app very usable. Can’t imagine what I can do with a subscription!
Spartan is a one stop shop!
I’ve been wanting to make the switch to Spartan for a while now, I’ve had it downloaded for 20 minutes now. And I had to write a review. It’s a one stop shop! All the information you get when you click on intel, the forecasts, historical wind data, weather. Information about your state harvests, the soft mass and hard mass browse. You can tell they’ve actually took time to create this for a hunter! I’ve used OnX for years. If you’ve been thinking about switching go ahead, great app! Highly recommend. So many more great features on here!

Felt like a bait and switch
No lidar in my area, only have paid accounts, no free accounts and app is clunky. Prefer Contors.
Best Hunting/ Mapping App
I’ve used every app ever created when it comes to hunting/ mapping featured apps. Sparton Forge is hands down the best. The deer data driven AI prediction model is insanely accurate which certainly aids in patterning whitetails. The weather predictions are the most accurate I’ve seen. The user interface is easy to navigate. The app having built in Info such as rating dates and hunter harvest numbers can be pretty helpful. Not to mention the guys behind the app especially Bill are just stand up guys who everyone should support.

Private property owners have not been updated in more than 10 years.
Worthless for identifying land ownership.
Awful App - Don’t buy
Really bad version of On X from 10 years ago - save your money and spend elsewhere
Fantastic!!!
I’ve been a user off the app since 2023 and absolutely love it for hunting and all sorts of stuff
JRE brought me here
As the title says they brought me here and now after using this app I love it. Can’t believe I didn’t know about it.
Quality
Outstanding app, with even better people behind it! Thanks Bill 👍🏻
One stop shop
Having used a suite of apps in the past for planning and during whitetail hunts I’ll be using this app exclusively moving forward. The maps layers are higher fidelity than the other services and the lidar is a game changer.
Also having the movement forecast built in means this app does everything I need. Very well done.

Top Notch Escouting App
Spartan Forge has outstanding features that have made escouting even more efficient.
The LIDAR layer, historical wind data and ability to split screen compare and contrast makes it a far superior hunting app.

Top Hunting App Hands Down
Im new to Spartan Forge and dont know how Ive gone so long without it. I will 110% be renewing this app as long as I hunt.
Better than the competition
I love the features such as Lidar in this that give it an edge over the competition! I’ve had both and this is far superior!
The G.O.A.T
I can’t stress enough the capabilities of this app! These guys have perfected the art of mapping for endless use scenarios. It’s been clutch in search and rescue, hurricane Helene relief efforts, team logistics, scouting, hunting, hiking, offline.. You name it, it checks all the boxes for me. Buy it & thank Bill later!

Great app
Very user friendly and great features
App for the serious hunter
Great app for all things hunting. In my opinion, there is not a better app to cyber scout a new spot before getting feet on the ground.
