Login Fails
This app hasn’t worked in months. Cannot login, always populates an incorrect email or password text box. It won’t even let me reset my password.

Great app, easy to use and very user friendly
Good app, good sharpener
The app does what it advertises it does. It track a multitude of skaters’s profiles. It manages alignment through BEAM’s Bluetooth. It provides sharpening stone /filter life and shop for accessories through the app. All in all, it’s a good app that complements the sharpener.

I use this app to track a dozen different players, who each have different skates and blades. (Player, coaching, outdoor rink)

Track your ring on app.
You can track the ring per player is great but little tasking to move around on app. To change the ring on app and the unit is a little of challenge. Need some video on navigating app. I am enjoying having it done at home.

The initial wait was king but worth it. I’ve been getting my sons skates sharpened on a Sparx machine for years now I can do it whenever I’m free. As soon as I got it sharpened his skates and he loved it said it was the sharpest skate he’s ever used. It’s great now I’m doing all his buddies highly recommend it for the kids that play all the time.

Bluetooth disconnects
After using the beam and sharpening then checking with beam again the unit will disconnect from Bluetooth and have to close app to reconnect. Beam tab doesn’t respond. It’s new but needs tweaking. Also nice to know when stone is centred in machine. Old one had alignment wheel. This has nothing.
Poor customer service
Product I ordered over 6 weeks ago still hasn’t shipped. I emailed and reply was it would ship the following week… still hasn’t shipped but made sure to charge me the day I ordered. Not good!

The connectivity and functionality is incredible. The sharpener is great by itself, but this makes it so much easier to use and has such a slick interesting
