Thank you for taking the time to write this, I'm very sorry about the experience you had. I'm currently investigating the issue regarding your unrecognizable room. This isn't a common occurrence, but it shouldn't happen in the first place. The Pinterest feature dropping after one use isn't expected either, and I'm working now to try and reproduce it to see how it can be resolved. Regarding your refund, this is completely handled by Apple, and they can help you get that sorted out. Beyond that, I'd be happy to assist you further, address your concerns about the app and potentially fix any issue you've faced so far, so at the very least you can get the intended benefits from Spatial. Vielen Dank für Ihr freundliches Feedback zu Spatial :) Ihren Punkt zum Ein-Bild-Limit kann ich gut nachvollziehen. Damit die Ergebnisse möglichst gut werden, setze ich auf das derzeit leistungsstärkste Modell – das ist im Betrieb leider entsprechend teuer. Sollte Spatial weiter wachsen, würde ich die Limits für die kostenlose Nutzung gerne noch einmal überdenken.
