I bought the app and the audio doesn’t work!

This app has too many bugs never works. When you try to hear the pronunciation nothing happens. Paid to unlock and it’s not unlocked. This is sad since this is like the only app for this language all other translation app don’t even have creole so you think one dedicated to the language would work decently at least. I married into a Haitian family and thought it would be nice to be able to learn a few things to talk to my in laws but nothing

Some of the words are miss pronounced. I tried to bring some cerrection it turned off the volume on my phone. Now i cannot hear the speaker at all. Hope they fix this issue soon otherwise i need my money back please. I also shared the App with my Daughters, they still cannot access all the features. Please, please fix those issues

The app is worth every penny I paid to unlock the complete version.
Tech support persons are knowledgeable, patient and friendly all the while remaining professional. I am glad I reached out for a solution when I ran into an issue with the app I purchased some time ago instead of just deleting app.
Since the issue has been solved I absolutely love the app and look forward to future purchases from this developer.

App constantly crashes - waste of money for the unlocked version
Stupid Prices
People are saying they paid $2.50 for this but it is telling me I have to pay $4.99 for it.BUT,I love Haiti so I gave it two stars instead of zero or one
Buggy!
So far, really bad. Paid for ad-free version; immediately saw ads. Hit lockbox button; app crashed. Hope this gets better or will be asking for my $2.99 back.
