Subscription fail
I hesitated to write this because this is a Christian app, and I don’t want to badmouth something that is meant to serve believers. However, I feel that being a Christian platform makes it even more important to speak up when something isn’t right…especially when people’s faith and money are involved.
Everything was working well until I decided to purchase a subscription for access to more books. Although my payment went through, the app showed a “verification failed” message, and I was never given access to the content I paid for. I was still charged for the subscription though.
I reached out to customer service for help but have not received any response so far. Because of this, I would advise anyone considering a subscription to proceed with caution. I sincerely hope the developers address this issue, fix the glitch, and provide honest and reliable service to their users.

Confusing
The app is quite difficult to navigate. I can’t find the button to download or purchase the books. I downloaded this app because I heard there would be 60 audio books free for a limited time. However, I am unable to access them. Very frustrating 🥲
