When I put my pictures in, it reads it for me like perfectly, but it like messes up the words so it would be like skipping over words and making up random words

Great product, but has some glitches
Generally works really great, but once in a while, it glitches and gets stuck in a thinking mode. Or sometimes it does an indefinite pause between pasted paragraphs. These are frustrations, which makes the product less than ideal. I also wish that it was smart enough to recognize but notes and end note when they document pasted, it would not read those numbers out loud.

Very disappointed
Im very disappointed with this app. I tried several that had the same pdf upload and read out function and this one was by far the best (at the time) this was November of 2025. I used the app through January without issue. I hadnt used it in some time and when i went back and uploaded a PDF for some reason In June of 2026 the app reads out and highlights two different parts of the text. Its unusable. I reached out to support, they gave me the advice to update the app. I did and the problem continued, i reached back out to support and was met with silence. I payed $40 for a year of use on this app and now it doesn’t work. Also since the purchase was so long ago i cant dispute it with apple. I would not recommend using this app. And i also feel like my money was stolen and i am due a refund for purchasing a service that doesn’t actually work. Very very disappointing

Pretty good overall, needs support for apostrophes
I am using this app for reading textbooks to me. I like it a lot, the cheaper tier works just fine for me. The voice is obviously synthetic, but listenable. Right now I’m having real issues with the fact that the app can’t read apostrophes correctly. It’s distracting to hear about “Occam ess razor” instead of Occam’s razor. I hope that’s something they can patch because otherwise I think it’s one of the best values in PDF readers. Especially helpful is being able to import from OneDrive.

App does what it needs to do, but for the price It did not perform to the standard I had hoped. App would continuously crash while I was using it and it struggled greatly to read certain words and numbers.
The voices in the app sound congested
I really like the app because I hate reading and it’s relatively cheap compared to other apps. I only have the pro version of the app, but the voices all sound congested when reading 😭 I was using ChatGPT to read stuff to me at first, but it stopped working and would cut out in the middle of reading so I switched to this. It isn’t bad, I just can’t pick a voice that doesn’t sound like they’re struggling to read the text or needs to clear their throat. I can’t understand what they say too well when I try to make it read faster, but that’s okay with me. I just get impatient sometimes, lol. Also, the app will pause itself if you try to play games like Minecraft or Roblox while listening. It’s pretty normal, but you can’t unpause it like you can do with music. As far as I can tell at least. It doesn’t really get emotional tones and it’s pretty bland, but it’s better than that one robot voice that reads to you when taking a test or whatever. The app is pretty decent for what it’s meant to do, but if you’re picky then I’d suggest playing with the ultra version of it or just using a different app overall.

Free trial button didn’t give me a free trial but made it look like it would. Super sketchy. Want my money back.

I have no subscription with this app, yet they keep charging my app account. I am just finding out and look in my subscription because I know I hadn’t subscribe ( sure didn’t subscribe). Service I didn’t get, refund me.

Don’t bother. The tech cannot read what’s been scanned. It’s basically illiterate.
Why did It lag
I fortunately paid for the premium version for only a week to try it out. Yet the second I purchased it was the second I regretted paying for it as it kept lagging and unfortunately said words that were not relevant to the books I wanted to listen. I am disappointed in this as I was really excited to use it to my advantage but this did me dirty. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Fake app?
Didn’t seem to deliver on the description. Not sure how any of these good reviews are real.
It’s okay
In hind site this is a great app but the glitches drive me up a wall if I didn’t need it and or had the energy to find another app I’d request a refund. It’s always “server issues” it constantly buffers between sentences and or paragraphs. It’s okay but aggravating.
