Customer service is the best
I had a strange glitch on my phone so the app would not open. The person on the other end spend at least 3 days helping me get it going again. They were so nice, and so helpful. Worth every penny I spent to learn Spanish!
Paid but no response
I paid for this app on 2-13-25 and it didn’t give me any stars or recognize that I paid for it even though the charge came out of my bank. I sent a message to support but that was weeks ago when this happened and no reply. Sent at least two emails to them but no reply. The app doesn’t appear to be a scam but why doesn’t it treat my account as paid?

Didn’t work at all. Every time I would try a phrase the microphone wouldn’t turn on even though I have the microphone settings on for the app
