I selected 3 day free trial but was charged 1999 rs
I downloaded your app because it clearly displayed a 3-day free trial. However, immediately after approving auto-renewal, I was charged ₹1,999 instead of being billed after the trial period. This appears inconsistent with the offer shown during signup. I canceled the subscription immediately and request a full refund. Please process the refund at the earliest.

Hi there, I am so sorry for this frustrating experience. We want to clear this up right away! First, regarding the billing: when you start a free trial, the App Store sometimes places a temporary authorization hold to verify your payment method. This is not an actual charge, and you will not be billed if you cancel within the trial period. Second, for the speaker cleaner: for the sound waves to effectively shake out dust or water, your device volume must be set to 100%. We’d love to help you get it working perfectly.
