Subscription bloat
This is a poor app that forces you to subscribe instead of purchasing functionality. Not worth downloading. Find a different app that doesn’t make you subscribe to anything.

I like that I can fully customize the times and spoken prompts.
For this price I’d like the voices to be more realistic (or customizable) and the app to be smart enough to take the “s” off the final “one [unit] left”.
I’ve customized it to copy a countdown from a Columbia episode which makes my deadlines infinitely more exciting!
And…leaving this review has made me late. d’oh!

Timed but not to time
All the reminders are based on the time it is “NOW” and how long till till the alarm goes off ( in 15 minutes, or in 13 hours from now)
You can’t set it to go off at 3:15 every Thursday

High price, requires a free, but auto renewing to no free, trial to test, so DO NOT DOWNLOAD, if you forget to cancel sometimes.
Turns down the volume of other apps the whole time it’s running (not just when it’s announcing)
Didn’t find the controls intuitive, not even sure if you can change the voice. (Not going to keep looking, just deleting this app)
There are others, try them.

Scam alert
Don’t get unless you want to pay $30/yr for a very basic timer - useless!
Misleading
This app requires a monthly subscription. You have to take the time to install the app to find out its not free.

I have to limit my talk time on the phone because my voice seemed to get rough. Now the listener can hear a ten minute warning to wrap up their points and I do not have to intervene for myself.
I have my own WINGMAN looking after me.
At 75 years, I love having a man’s voice speak to wrap things up. I am just giddy over this. 🌸

Disappointing
I was disappointed - it doesn’t seem to work when the app isnt up on the screen - it keeps counting but there’s no voice, even at the end of the time. It also doesn’t have any decent visual representation of the time like showing it big on screen. Also I thought the most obvious basic voice prompt would be to count down the minutes as in ‘5mins remaining...4mins...’ etc but it seems you can only pic multiple promots to say the same thing each time. I found it useless for my needs and even forgot that it was on so it didn’t help me at all - better off with the phone’s own timer as at least then you can see it on the lock screen.

This is the best app I have ever downloaded, it took little to no time to download and it has been life changing !!! ☺️ I am gonna make all my children download this app so they are never ever ever ever late to school again. Hopefully this will teach Billy to wake up before 7:30. Thank you to whoever made this app.

Very flexible
I use this app to start model sailboat races. It is connected to a speaker via Bluetooth so everyone on the dock can hear the countdown. Great that you can set up voice alerts at any second you choose. One addition that would be nice is to allow sounds to be configured as well as speech. We would like to use an air horn sound when it is time to start the race.

Limited application
It works good for very simple interval training, but if your intervals do not fall on the same “minute” within the allotted time its functionality is decreased.
Timer
I found impossible to edit speech intervals.
Good App for static exercises
Needed a countdown program for my Samson bridge exercise. It is essential the program repeatedly tells the progress. This one app fits the bill perfectly. It would be even better if I could start it be voice command.
Great App - very useful but .........
Every time that you change the countdown time, you lose all of the interval data and have to set it up again. Would be more useful if you could set up your preferred intervals and announcements for a particular timer and then use that timer to countdown whatever length of time you need.

Doesn’t work in the background
Like many other talking apps, it will not talk when I open up another app at the same time. It only plays alarm noise when I have other things open. (But I have had the same problem with other talking apps too.)
No Support for Apple Music
The app works ok. But I was hoping it would allow me to listen to my Apple playlist while using the app.
