Needs work

For example one of the exercises show the person with feet together but the verbal instructions say the feet should be apart.

Why Bother?

If there’s no schedule available then why even create this app to begin with?

Not working for me

I can login on the website, I can’t login on the app.

Calendar function +

Very basic functionality No calendar view of my schedule.
No way to send a message
No way to track progress of individual activities

Cannot register or log in

Have tried multiple times to reset my account and password. Face ID also repeatedly logs me back out.

Not working

I agree with the other reviews stating this app is glitchy. It’s been 2 days and it won’t let me log in, even though I’ve redownloaded it multiple times. Annoying cuz I’m just trying to do my PT

Does not load

The app doesn’t even load.

Yeah, app crashes whenever I login

Unable to use the app because of a bug

New update

New update terrrrible! App was working fine before, but now cannot login, just loops to login page when attempting to login to app. Please fix!!!

Unusable

So buggy- it deleted all of my exercises, crashed when I tapped play program, then logged me out and loops the login page when I try to sign in. I can’t access anything

Not very functional

The app helps you track your completion of the daily at-home exercises, but you can’t check off that you’ve done the individual exercises - it’s all or nothing. Also, you can’t go back to the previous day and track something if you completed the exercises and forgot to track it. Just don’t really see the point of it. Also can’t make payments or manage my appointments, so this app is pretty much worthless.

Worst app of all time

Can’t even properly let me login or reset password. What a piece of junk. Absolutely awful UX and product. 0 out of a million

Great App

First time at Spear and first time with this app. Both were wonderful. So easy to follow and keeps me on track. My PT trainer, Jan is very knowledgeable and easy to work with

Needs help

Not clear, poor design

Video Software is Horrific

Can’t replay videos once they finish, videos don’t have a slider so I could skip forward and back, the instructions voice over plays once and you can’t replay it to re-hear instructions. I feel like no one tried to use this before it was rolled out

Keep crashing

After clicking “View Case”, it crashes immediately

Unacceptable UX

It has been a few years since I’ve been to Spear, and it looks like they’ve switched from a 3rd party app to their own. This one barely makes sense—it seems to have not been designed at all. Hint: each exercise should be its own screen, and there should be a visual cue (e.g., a small animation of the current exercise) always visible.

App is trash

Doesn’t update with new programs without reinstalling, and then somehow reupdates with old programs. Can’t see videos without going through every single exercise.

Awful app and missing super fundamental product design issues
