Can’t log in

I tried logging in to the app using my Apple log in and my password was incorrect. I don’t know what password to use. Most apps have you create an account and this one doesn’t. I tried to reset my password and it wouldn’t let me. I will be deleting this app because I can’t use it.

Impossible to get started

I just downloaded the app. Upon getting to the homepage I was prompted to sign in. I have not yet set up an account, so there was no option to do that. I then googled and found the original website that goes along with the app and tried to set up an account there. I don’t know if I just got a glitchy day with them today, but it was not allowing me to sign up there. Unfortunately unable to try out the app - so I will look at other options.
