User reviews

App is terrible

Having the same problem. The app only recognizes one side of my dual crank. So disappointed

Broken

Will only connect to either left or right of dual cranks.

Anytime I change either battery, it's an hour of trying to reconnect them.

Won’t pair if I select BOTH left and right

App pairs fine to left side only, but if I try to pair both left and right the app just sits in a loading screen. Specialized need to fix this, considering this a ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR crankset and I’m only getting half the data I paid for. Totally unacceptable.

Won’t connect

I have a 2018 s-works Tarmac. The app recognizes both left/right lower meters but if I select both then it goes to the loading screen and never connects. If I only select the left PM, it works.

Specialized, please figure out why it won’t work for the drive side PM. I would like to install firmware updates.

No use

I have connectivity via Bluetooth to my cranks, but nothing works from there. I literally have no idea what this is app is supposed to do.
