SpectraBox: Spirit Box EVP

Meet your spirit, just in time for Halloween. NEW: YOUR SPIRIT TONIGHT Every session that produces words now introduces you to a spirit: a named character with an era, a temperament, and a short story built from the very words your session produced. Each one gets its own sigil, generated on your phone. The same session always gives you the same spirit, and it is all generated on your phone for entertainment, with no network and no AI. - Free: see your spirit after each session and share it as a ready to post story card for Instagram or TikTok. - Pro: the Spirit Gallery keeps every spirit you meet. Read the full stories, rename your spirits, and share cards without a watermark. NEW: DIA DE LOS MUERTOS WORD PACK A respectful new theme pack about remembrance: marigolds, ofrendas, candles, and the names of the ones we love. It is free to use from October 31 to November 2, and part of Pro the rest of the year. CLIP STUDIO FIXES - Exported video clips are now the right way up. - Clips from sessions that have a recording now finish reliably, with the audio in sync. PRO THAT ALWAYS STAYS PRO - Pro is now remembered on your device, so it is there the moment you open the app, even offline or on a slow connection. - If you upgrade in the middle of a session, the free time limit lifts right away. SPIRIT LENS - Fixed a crash when taking a snapshot with camera access turned off. Spirit Lens now explains that camera access is off and takes you straight to Settings. - Captures are named by when you made them instead of a long code, and the confidence readout is tidier. RECORDING AND AUDIO - EVP Lab room recordings are no longer cut short when headphones connect or the audio route changes. - Fixed room recording failing silently with some Bluetooth headphones. You now get a clear message instead. - The K2 meter tone recovers after a call, an alarm, or a headphone change. CASE FILES AND SESSIONS - Notes and place names in a Case File are saved when you leave, even if you forget to tap Save. - A session that is still running can no longer be deleted by accident. - Sessions that were interrupted by a force quit now show a sensible length. - Exports are named after your session and its date, and always reflect the latest version of the session. - CSV exports are safer to open in spreadsheet apps. APPLE WATCH - The Watch Start and Stop buttons are part of Pro, and an old tap can no longer start a surprise session the next time you open the app. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS - Restore Purchases now tells you whether it found your purchase. - The Pro screen is simpler and says everything once. - If a seasonal word pack ends while it is selected, the picker clearly shows you are back on the Main Bank. - Clearer wording about iCloud: your sessions can sync to your own private iCloud, and nothing is sent to us. - The rating request now appears after a moment you enjoyed, like sharing a spirit card or a clip, and never more than once in 30 days. For entertainment only. SpectraBox does not detect anything paranormal.
