What is going on?
I love playing this game but within the past week or two it won’t load up saying unable to connect with server and it’s a blank screen. It’s getting really annoying cause I played it daily.
Suspected Copyright issues
The game in itself is good.
I suspect they don’t have a license to use Pokemon products so the game keeps changing the actual App, causing Data to be lost in transfers, 2 times I’ve attempted to play the game and spent money on the app and lost everything on both occasions ,
If you enjoy Pokemon then honestly the game is creat to kill idle time and doesn’t require a big daily investment , just be prepared for it to be rug pulled periodically

Fix the glitches
Fix the glitch with logging in, I can’t log in and have to refresh my page for 30 minutes every time I want to play

What’s going on with app?
Are the servers down or something? Been playing this game religiously for months now and all of a sudden it won’t even load up.
Login bugged
The game is really enjoyable, however the new version of the game doesn’t allow me to login into my account and I would hate to restart but besides that the game is fun.
Need help
I need someone to reach out to me. I love that app and I like playing the game or whatever but I can’t find the customer service number so they can help me with my accounts switching over to the new version of this game. The new update will not let me switch myaccount over so I need some help because I’ve spent too much money on the app just to lose it all so this is why my rating is so low other than that it would definitely be five stars

To transfer, just enter ur password from trainer fortress and user(not mega mewtwo or smth like that or display) and click on ur old account with the change button. Sure it feels like a old mobile game but still really cool with the 3d art and stuff. Just get it if ur an 11yr old who wanna play Pokémon games but Pokémon go don’t work and take to long.

I chose a guest account on the old game but their was no password to it and on the new game it is asking for my name and password but on the old game he didn’t give me a password what do I do please help

Same account, but won’t let use the same server because “registration closed” so all the progress and money spent on this game just entirely went to waste because I’m not completely restarted
I hate the servers!!
Literally I spent days on this game and the update happens so it wont let me back in my server now it’s making me start over! I’m just gonna uninstall I can’t with the frustration.

Not a legit Pokemon Game
I thought this was a real pokemon game, based on the app it had me download at first. Then it moved to this one. Seems like its a bait and switch based on everything. All the previews for this game doesn’t even show the real game. I would not trust logging in to this new app at all. I’m really upset, because I spent money on the other app… bc I was tricked into thinking it was legit.

Won’t let me back into old server
I played the old version of the game and got super high rank with multiple sets of formations for Pokémon then the game shut down the servers on the old version and makes you download the new one and then the server you used to be on is now packed full so you have to start completely over.
